Is This Legal?

 Yes. We are a federally licensed firearms dealer located in the state of Indiana. You, the seller, are covered under our license just as you would be if you walked into our store. There are no laws preventing you from selling your firearm to us. 

Can I sell multiple firearms?

Yes we love buying collections or estate's

Are there any firearms you do not purchase? 

Yes,   we do not purchase muzzle loaders, black powder firearms, those requiring significant repairs, firearms with altered or missing serial numbers, those with modifications that comply with bans, full automatic weapons  and most home-built firearms, with the exception of AR15s. 

How do I get paid?

During the offer approval process, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred method of payment, either by receiving a check or through a secure ACH direct deposit. 

If you refuse the firearm after inspection and send it back, what's next? 

If the firearm's description is inaccurate or there are undisclosed material issues, we may lower our offer or return the firearm to you. Please note that we will need to send the firearm to a licensed dealer near you, and while we will manage the shipping, any transfer fees or related costs for picking up the firearm will be your responsibility. To proceed, please provide us with your chosen dealer's information.
